Date: January 16, 2021
Event Time: 12pm – 4pm (VIP 12pm-4pm, General Admission 1pm-4pm)
Expected Attendance: 600

YAGA’S ENTERTAINMENT WILL PROVIDE:
– One table with linen
– Ice, pour bucket, water and sampling cups
– Opportunity to sample out up to 4 beers
– Opportunity to hang signage at the event in your area
– Opportunity to hand out marketing material/premiums to all guests in attendance
– TABC Certified Beer Pourer
– Brewery Logo on Official Event Website with link back to brand’s website
– Shout out on Yaga’s Chili Quest and Beer Fest Facebook about participation
– 2 GA tickets for Brewery staff to attend the event and represent their table

BEER VENDOR WILL PROVIDE:
– Remit payment of $100/variety of beer represented at Yaga’s Beer Fest.
– Must have at least one representative on site
– Brewery to promote Yaga’s Chili Quest & Beer Fest participation on social media
